One-stop Electronic Solutions Provider
Passive System Alliance (PSA) is a leading provider of key electronic components, structured across four major business entities. By offering integrated, one-stop industrial solutions, PSA delivers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services that are found in virtually every type of modern electronic device.
PSA’s core focus is electronic components, which are vital to both industrial and consumer electronics. Our extensive, technologically advanced product portfolio includes capacitors, resistors, inductors, RF components, modules, connectors, rigid and flexible PCBs, EMS, as well as IC assembly and testing services.
Toward the Summit, We Climb Together
The origins of PSA trace back to 1992, when Walsin Technology spun off from Walsin Lihwa’s electronics division with Mr. Yu-Heng (Anthony) Chiao as Chairman—marking the beginning of mass production for passive components. From that year onward, Mr. Chiao officially took on the role of Chairman and deeply understood that as Walsin Technology set its sights higher, one truth remained clear: when climbing toward the summit, no one climbs alone.
Walsin Technology’s rapid expansion was fueled by strategic alliances that strengthened the industry value chain and optimized resource sharing. In 2002, the Passive System Alliance (PSA) was officially established, and today it unites 11 publicly listed companies under a shared vision.
