Our core business is “electronic components”, which are key components of industrial and consumer electronics products and industries. These products are technology-intensive and very diverse, and include rigid/flex PCBs, capacitors, resistors, inductors, RF components, modules, connectors, EMS, and IC packaging and testing services. We provide customers with the best one-stop industry product solutions.
We have invested deeply in our technology and adhere to the principle of “not getting involved in which we are unskilled, and not forgetting our core competences”. We do not take part in expansions unrelated to our core business, and focus on our business through thorough implementation and discipline. We implement the principle of “better small than big, better good than small”. We always endeavor to ensure the quality of our products, so that our cost and quality are always competitive. These are the foundations of our success.

Globalization
We do not impose restrictions upon ourselves, instead, our vision is on the global market. The electronic components and services industry transcends borders, and our competitors come from all over the world. Therefore, although we are based in Taiwan, we have also expanded our deployment globally, established production and service bases in major markets, recruited local talent all over the world, produced and sold top-quality products, and created international-level industry influence.

Stabilization and Talent Development
We believe that the sustainable operation of a company is a marathon, not a sprint. We must not exhaust all resources in an instant; instead, it is necessary to “build a sturdy wall and accumulate a large store of food”. It is better to ensure stable growth than quick short-term gains. We do not over-expand or over-reach. Proper long-term strategic planning and careful thinking are the key to consistent success. For example, if something costs ten dollars, we will find a way to do it with only eight dollars. The two dollars we save will help ensure we can make it through difficult dips in this volatile market.
We are committed to the principle of “consistency” and implement it in our credit and financial accounting audits. We pursue precise and conservative financial policies, while our accounting standards are always rigorous and transparent. “Winning one battle does not guarantee winning the war”. Thus, we are always cautious and wary, and take each step with great care, to make sure that our foundations never waver.

We pay attention to our heritage, systematically cultivate industry talent, and carefully seek out the best people for the job so that everyone can fully utilize their skills. We have established a talent training and reward mechanism so that our professional colleagues can collaborate with each other and grow together.
