The PSA Charitable Foundation promotes five major services, including hearing care and caregiver respite. To date, it has invested over NT$120 million and 5,500 service contributions, subsidized 400 hearing aid cases, trained 3,500 volunteers, served 1,000 community centers, and cared for 25,000 elderly people’s hearing health. In addition, it has sponsored reading education for 17 years, helping 95,000 schoolchildren enhance their Mandarin language learning.

The Friendly Workplace Association of Taiwan, established in March 2023, is dedicated to fostering workplaces in Taiwan that are friendly, inclusive, and healthy. Our mission is to enhance employee performance and overall family well-being through supportive and sustainable workplace practices. We provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), thoughtfully designed experiential learning courses, and creative stress-relief tools such as Zentangle and harmony pastel art—offering opportunities for both employees and organizations to relieve stress and open hearts. In addition, we deliver comprehensive services including professional training program planning, customized corporate training design and implementation, as well as team and individual coaching, empowering organizations to build resilient, vibrant, and people-centered work environments.

PSA VVG Foundation for Culture and Arts upholds the mission of “Cultural and Arts × Ecological Sustainability.” The foundation advances programs such as ecological chef training and food-and-agriculture education in schools, and collaborates with institutions including the Chimei Museum and the National Taichung Theater, as well as various arts organizations. Through these efforts, the foundation promotes local culture and green lifestyle aesthetics, while putting corporate social responsibility into practice and pursuing the vision of sustainable development.

Upholding the service philosophy of “giving back to society what is taken from society,” and with the vision of fulfilling social responsibility and caring for disadvantaged groups, Career Technology (Mfg.) Co., Ltd. established the Career Charity Foundation in May 2011 through its donation.

In addition to the Group’s main foundations and associations, each company within the Group has also formed its own Corporation Charity Foundation, organized voluntarily by employees. These clubs aim to give back to society through charitable events, volunteer services, and donation programs—continuing to spread warmth and positive energy throughout the community.
