It is my sincere hope that PSA will be able to enjoy long-term stable development, cultivate professional talent, create value for clients, fulfill its corporate social responsibility, exert its influence as a world-class corporation, and become an enterprise that is successful and sustainable.
From Origins to Global Growth
The origins of PSA trace back to 1992, when Walsin Technology spun off from Walsin Lihwa’s electronics division, which was then officially evolved as Passive System Alliance (PSA) in 2002. Since then, PSA has expanded into a global group comprising 11 publicly listed companies across domestic and international markets, employing approximately 41,000 people and generating nearly USD 3.2 billion in revenue in 2024.
Our Seven Business Philosophies
By sharing resources and adopting mutually beneficial management models, team members with a common philosophy can work together on our core business of electronic components and services. Our ambition is not to go big, but to perform well. Employee benefits, shareholder rights, and social responsibility are all equally important to PSA, and we are committed to creating a work environment that allows employees to grow and develop, as well as allow shareholders to receive reasonable returns.
