From Origins to Global Growth
The origins of PSA trace back to 1992, when Walsin Technology spun off from Walsin Lihwa’s electronics division, which was then officially evolved as Passive System Alliance (PSA) in 2002. Since then, PSA has expanded into a global group comprising 11 publicly listed companies across domestic and international markets, employing approximately 41,000 people and generating nearly USD 3.2 billion in revenue in 2024.

PSA Charitable Foundation
Furthermore, in addition to pursuing prosperity for the Group, we also hope to fulfill our corporate social responsibility and contribute to society. The PSA Charitable Foundation has been long involved in providing care and assistance to disadvantaged hearing-impaired children and the elderly. Over the past two decades, the Foundation has donated over NT$120 million and mobilized 5,500 manpower actions, offer care for the hearing health of 30,000 seniors, provide free hearing aids bank service to over 2,500 hearing-impaired people, and relief for more than 1,250 caregivers through stress-relief courses. In addition, more than 94,966 elementary and junior high school students have benefited from taking part in sponsored courses for the development of Mandarin Chinese. Additionally, we encourage employees to actively participate in public welfare volunteer activities, because we believe that having an enthusiastic personality and the desire to help others are necessary for building the best operation team.
